Betty, Owen, and Family. We are so sorry to hear of Aunt Rita's passing. I'll always have wonderful memories of her and visiting with all of you at the farm. It's really hard to believe that whole generation of gracious and loving people are gone now. They all taught us well. Your mother was outstanding in that regard. May she rest in peace and share in the joy of the Lord along with all those who have gone before us. And may you find comfort and peace in the memories. Take care. We love you, too.

I remember Rita mostly as a child when my parents, Donald and Betty Smith drove up to Norwalk usually for Easter. We always went around visiting with my father's Aunts and Uncles. Rita was one of my favorite great Aunt's. She lived a good life!

Betty, There are not words enough to describe what a lovely person Rita was. She was such a lady despite her life of hard work and trials which she overcame. We can learn many lessons from her life as we were all better for having known her.
