WILLIAM J. TOTH, age 65. "Bill" passed away peacefully 7/16/15 at the Ohio Veteran's Home in Sandusky, OH. Dear son of the late Mary Ellen Gulick. He is survived by his 3 sons, Jim (Antonette); Chris (Stacy), Jeff; 5 grandchildren; and sister, Karen (Chip) Kincaid. Funeral Mass will take place Wednesday, 7/22 at 10 a.m. at Saint Michael's Church in Independence. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH
