Luetta Marie Fox, 83, of Huron and formerly of Castalia passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
She was born to Howard and Sue (Hamlin) Barnett, in Wadsworth, Ohio on April 18, 1942. She graduated from Milan High School in 1960 and worked as a photographer’s model and car hop at the local Dairy Queen.
On July 21, 1962, Luetta married Larry Adam Fox of Milan, Ohio. They moved to Castalia in 1965 and enjoyed nearly 50 years together. During that time, Luetta wore many hats. Her most rewarding was lead “Domestic Engineer” from 1962-1986; while concurrently building a successful 14-year sales career in Fashion Two Twenty. She also worked as a Hostess for Bob Evans.
Luetta was a former member of the Beta Sigma Pi Sorority and a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. She gave back to her community by volunteering for Welcome Wagon, Stein Hospice, and the Social Committee at Lakefield Manor. She was an avid reader who enjoyed going to the movies, cross-stitching, solving puzzles and spending time with friends– often accompanied by a good glass (or two) of wine. Above all, her greatest joy was the time she shared with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Kim (Bruce) Miller, Kelly Goretzki, Karla (Doug) Smith, and Keith (Rita) Fox; seven grandchildren, Courtney, Adam, Evan, Jenna, Ciera, Karissa, and Ava; five great granddaughters, Caidince, Cameron, Cendall, Harlow, and Hayden; two sisters, Devera (Fred) Graf and Lori (Jeff) Kinnard; one brother, David (Linda) Johnston; two sister in laws, Kathy (Charlie) Kromer and Cis (Ron) Muratori; three brother in laws, Bill Fox, Joe Fox, and Fred (Gerry) Fox; her beloved fur baby cat, Punkin; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Preceded in death in addition to her parents, are her father and mother-in-law, Edward and Margaret Fox, her husband, Larry; and her sister, Darlene Muntean.

Visitation will also take place from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 10:00 am on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the funeral home. Deacon Jeff Claar will officiate.
