Floyd J. Keck, Jr., 52, a resident of the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky and formerly of Green Springs, Ohio passed away February 18, 2021 in the St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.
He was born June 17, 1968 in Fremont and was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School. Floyd served in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a manager in the garden department at Lowe’s, Fremont.
Floyd was a member of the American Legion Post 295, Green Springs and his hobbies included hunting and fishing.
He is survived by one son, Dakota “Cody” Keck of Fremont; his father, Floyd “John” and Millie Keck, Sr. of Green Springs; his mother, Sylvia (Hasselbach) Sutton of Fremont; one sister, Sherrie Goodman and one brother, David Keck of Cleveland.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Hollilyn Keck.
Funeral services for the family will be held in the Giffin Chapel of the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky.
