They all preceded her in death, Her oldest sister and best traveling buddy, Winifred LaVerne Schoewe, and her brothers: David, Charles, & Lowry Jennings. She married Everett Seckman Sr in the summer of 1944 and loved going on fishing trips in Wisconsin as well as deer hunting together. He passed away suddenly in 1986. She worked in several deli markets in local groceries, and her last employer was at the old IGA on Hayes Ave; Sandusky where she was deli manager. She had a beautiful singing voice, loved music, and one of her favorite things was to sing with the Melody Makers senior group. Both her and her husband were Sunday School Teachers at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Sandusky years ago. She told all she could how much she loved the Lord and that everyone needs to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved. She loved reading her Bible and was a great prayer warrior! She was also the oldest member of Venice Rd Baptist Church, Sandusky. The last few years she talked often about how she longed to get to Heaven to see her Saviour face to face and all of her loved ones that had gone on before her. One of her favorite songs was the old hymn, “I’ve Got A Mansion.”
