Conrad H. Rowe, 74, of Sandusky passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, June 21, 2023, in the Stein Hospice Care Center following a lengthy illness.
He was born November 30, 1948, in Sandusky and was a 1968 graduate of Sandusky High School. Conrad served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He was employed at the Ohio Veterans Home as a STNA prior to his retirement.
He enjoyed fishing, bird watching, feeding his squirrels, football and has been a long time Cleveland Browns fan.
He is survived by his wife, Joanie A. (Harris) Rowe and their son Joel Rowe of Sandusky; Conrad’s other children from a previous marriage, Tara (Matt) Kluding of Milan and Bret (Deanna Fox) Rowe of Huron; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; mother, Jane Jaggers of Sandusky; sister-in-law, Patricia Rowe of Sandusky; nephew, Brian Rowe of Sandusky; niece, Brandy Rowe of Sandusky; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Rowe; brother, Barry Rowe; sister, Sherry Jefferson; brother, Delbert Rowe; nephews, Kenny Rowe and Gordon Rowe.
A celebration of life will be held later.
Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky has been entrusted with arrangements.
