Charles "Chuck" Alan Pavelka

Charles Alan Pavelka, age 73, passed away peacefully at the Ohio Veterans Home on February 5, 2022, following short battle with cancer.  

Chuck was born in Lakewood, Ohio on February 8, 1948, to his parents Charles A. & Dorothy R. Pavelka.

He graduated from Lakewood High School in 1966 and served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He was a longtime resident of Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky.

Chuck is survived by his sister, Leslie (Roger) Sievers; his nephew, Todd (Jean) Sievers; and grandniece, Vivienne.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
