Brian David Cherry

Brian David Cherry, 51, of Crystal Rock and formerly of Bay View passed away peacefully, August 23, 2020 at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born October 12, 1968 to Lynn and Betty Lou (Snyder) Cherry and attended Margaretta High School. Brian was employed at Cyclone Services. He loved fishing and hanging out with friends.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Lou Cherry of Bay View; one daughter, ShiAnne Autumn Cherry of Crystal Rock; the love of his life, Lisa Drake of Crystal Rock; stepson, Dacota Mattox of Sandusky; brother, James A. (Deborah) Cherry of Norwalk; sister, Kathy A. (William) Keegan of Sandusky; and brother-in-law, James Lochotzki of Bay View; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Philip Cherry; father, Lynn Cherry; sister, Diana Lynn Lochotzki; paternal grandparents, Henry B. and Clara E. Cherry and maternal grandparents, Franklin N. Snyder and Kathleen (Ryan) Weyer.

Friends may call from 11:00 am until time of memorial service at 1:30 pm, Thursday, August 27, 2020 in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Fr. Nick Cunningham will officiate. Burial will be held in Meadow Green Memorial Park.
