Esther M. Erickson, 94, of Sandusky passed away January 6, 2020 in The Meadows at Osborn Park following a lengthy illness.
She was born October 11, 1925 in Fargo, North Dakota to John T. and Emilie (Brodahl) Erickson. Esther spent her life in full time preaching activity of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She spent twenty years as a missionary in Bolivia. Upon returning to the states, she worked in many areas of the southwest, primarily among Spanish speaking people in the preaching activity. She was currently associated with the local Cedar Point congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She is survived by one niece, Keren (Ralph) Bullion of Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lorraine M. Herring in 2013.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Cedar Point Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 5014 Hayes Avenue, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. Mr. Tim Wozniak will preside. Inurnment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
